ACC Notes

ACC is 14-5 in out of conference play, 2-0 against ranked opponents.

7 of 12 conference games have been decided by seven points or less.

BC is second nationally in rushing defense (54.8 ypg).

Clemson has only committed one turnover this season and ranks fourth best in the nation in penalties per game (3.3)

FSU has been ranked in the last 59 AP polls.

Georgia Tech is allowing opponents to complete only 46.2 percent of its passes and has intercepted 10 balls.

QB Sam Hollenbach of Maryland leads the ACC in total offense (247.2 ypg)

Miami has 5 of the next 6 games at home.

UNC’s next five opponents are 13-4 on the season.

NC State is averaging 33.8 yards per kickoff return.

Virginia has been ranked in 21 straight AP Polls

Virginia Tech’s Marcus Vick leads the ACC in passing efficiency and passing touchdowns.

Road teams are 8-4 in league play this season.

Virginia Tech is 6-0 in road games since joining the ACC.

Since 1999, Miami has scored more touchdowns (54) on punt, kickoff, fumble, interception returns than any other team in the nation.
