ACC Basketball Predictions - Quick and Dirty

I realize many teams have already played one or two conference games, but it is never too late for some predictions. The ACC is a little down this year from top to bottom, but North Carolina will give the conference a legitimate national champion contender. After that, it drops off to a group of 5 or 6 teams which will all vie for second place.
