Ranking the ACC After Week 3

The ACC had a decent Week 3 led by North Carolina's blow out win at Rutgers. Virginia Tech and Clemson got conference wins. Maryland's offense came alive in 35-27 win over Pac 10 power Cal. The low point of the weekend was Virginia's 35 points loss to UConn.

1. Wake Forest (Last Week - 1)

2. Virginia Tech (LW - 2)
Hokies come away with an important division win against Georgia Tech using 3 turnovers to their advantage. It looks like Tyrod Taylor has the QB job in Blacksburg for now.

3. Clemson (LW - 3)
Tigers get their first ACC win, but were somewhat unimpressive in doing so. I still think this team will compete for an ACC title this season though.

4. North Carolina (LW - 8)
The Tar Heels had the best weekend for the ACC trouncing Rutgers on the road.
5. Florida State (LW - 5)

6. Georgia Tech (LW - 4)
The Yellow Jackets had a tough road loss in game where they out gained Va Tech, but were plagued by turnovers.

7. Miami (LW - 6)

8. Boston College (LW - 7)

9. Maryland (LW - 11)
The Terps were blowing Cal out until a 4th quarter comeback by the Bears fell short. The question is which Maryland team is the real one after losing two weeks ago to Middle Tennessee State?

10. Duke (LW -10)
The Blue Devils have 2 wins on the season and we are still in September!

11. NC State (LW - 12)

12. Virginia (LW - 9)
The Cavs were blown out by UConn and have given up 97 points in two games against BCS opponents.
