LSU-Tennessee End of Game Explanation From SEC Head of Officials

You have all seen or heard about the end of LSU-Tennessee game where it first appeared the Volunteers had pulled off the upset, only to have a penalty called giving the Tigers a second chance.

SEC Head of Officials Rogers Redding was on the Barnhart and Durham radio show in Atlanta to explain the call.
