SEC Power Rankings: Auburn Didn't Drop In This Poll

1. Auburn
Cam Newton's heart may still be at Florida but his body will be in New York for the Heisman presentation.

2. Alabama
One by one the undefeated teams are falling and Alabama is poised for an SEC West showdown with Auburn.

3. LSU
The more games Michigan loses, the better chance this is Miles' last season in Baton Rouge.

4. South Carolina
Just two more bullets to dodge for the Gamecocks to make it to Atlanta.

5. Arkansas
Losing Greg Childs for the season hurts.

6. Miss State
Its the first of November and Miss State has seven wins. Safe to say Dan Mullen is turning around the program.

7. Florida
Despite all of the turmoil this year, Florida controls their own destiny and has first place South Carolina at home.

8. Georgia
Todd Grantham likes to talk smack. Too bad his defense can't back it up.

9. Ole Miss
When Rodney Scott tackled the blocker on the kickoff instead of the ball carrier who went for a TD, I thought that play epitomized Ole Miss football.

10. Kentucky
Basketball season is almost here.

11. Tennessee
I don't blame Derek Dooley for not suspending a player who knocked a fellow student unconscious in a bar fight. Dooley needs all the players he can get.

12. Vanderbilt
I told you Vandy would need a new Defensive Coordinator after facing Arkansas.
