But at a Bulldog Club meeting in Albany, Richt was very cool on that notion.
“I’m not feeling any pressure. Pressure is just something you put on yourself,” Richt said Tuesday during UGA Day at Doublegate Country Club. “My goals are the same since I began coaching. I’ll handle the pressure and trust the Lord with the rest.”
As it stands now, Richt's career trajectory seems eerily similar to that of former Tennessee head coach Phil Fulmer.
The advantage Richt has is facing a down SEC East this year and momentum on the recruiting trail.
