Top Georgia Tech Commit To Get Visit From Rival Coach

4 star DE and Georgia Tech commmit Francis Kallon will recieve a visit from UGA head coach Mark Richt per Eric Thompson of JacketsOnline.com (Rivals)

Kallon received a dozen FBS offers last Spring before ever playing a down of high school football. He recently moved to the US from England, but had impressed coaches enough in his first Spring Practice to jump at the chance to get such a raw talent.

So why are the Bulldogs getting more involved with Kallon so late in the process?

Richt is likely looking for another DE/OLB prospect after Kenderius Whitehead chose NC State yesterday.

Last week, Kallon picked up an offer from Florida State.

  1. His parents have stressed academics. This should help GT to hold on to the tremendously talented Kallon.
