UGA Had 2nd Highest Non-BCS Bowl TV Rating

Despite the stadium being 1/3 empty, the Georgia Bulldogs helped rake in TV viewers during the Outback Bowl against Michigan State.

The Outback Bowl had the second most viewers of any non-BCS bowl just behind the Cotton Bowl. UGA's bowl game had a higher rating than the Orange Bowl.

With a good time slot on New Years Eve, Georgia Tech placed 10th in its Sun Bowl appearance.
